Our Board of Directors
James “Jim” Golden is a principal hydrogeologist and co-owner of HSA Golden Engineering and Environmental Consulting in Orlando, Florida. He has been practicing as a professional geologist in Florida for over 28 years. He was instrumental in the development of property acquisition due diligence protocols for Barnett Bank, Southland Corporation (7-11), and AT&T. Jim has a bachelor of science in Environmental Studies/Geology from Indiana University and graduate studies in hydrogeology and water resources at both the University of Florida and University of Central Florida. Jim’s civic service positions include 12 years as a City of Ocoee Planning and Zoning Board member, many of those years as its Chairman, Central Florida YMCA development Board member, Orange County Science Fair judge. Mr. Golden resides in College Park, Florida
Lara is a long-time College Park resident who has worked for years as a professional fund raiser, including for local schools, athletic teams and organizations.
Her professional marketing experience along with her fundraising experience is recognized in her ownership of the Player’s Edge business.
Lara comes to the College Park Arts Center with many recommendations from both College Park residents and business owners and she will also serve CPAC on its fundraising committee.
With an MBA from Rollins College and a BS in Business and Marketing from Florida Southern College, Joyce has long-served Central Florida as both a business owner at Bates & Company Inc. and volunteer.
She was a founding member and first president of the Central Florida Employee Benefits Council, a president of the Florida Association of Pension Consultants and a member of the American Society of Pension & Actuaries (ASPPA).
Retired now Joyce has served on many community boards including the Central Florida YMCA, the Central Florida Women’s Resource Center, Leadership Winter Park Alumni Council, Florida Executive Women, Women Playing for T.I.M.E., the Center for Women’s Philanthropy, and the Winter Park Breakfast Rotary.
Lynne is our newest director and serves both as a representational artist, business owner and long-time College Park resident.

Robert Di Cerbo, Executive Director has worked professionally (SAG-AFTRA, AEA) for 35 years in the entertainment industry, as an actor, director, writer, and producer. He has served as a director for the Central Florida Performing Arts Alliance (now the Cultural Alliance), the People’s Theatre & The (Orlando) Downtown Arts District Commission, is a founding member of the Orlando Professional Filmmakers Group, worked for the World Marketing Alliance where he held a NASD series 7 license and for sixteen years owned/operated a successful promotional travel business.
Robert is a 15 year resident of College Park and is grateful for the opportunity to fulfill a long held desire to establish and serve a community Arts & Theatre Center.
Denise Badger, Founding Director
Denise is a College Park resident for 25 years, who has a passion for helping people dive more fully into life! With a Bachelors in Interpersonal Communications from the University of Central Florida and Masters of Religious Studies from La Sierra University, she has applied her passion in writing, speaking, leading retreats and workshops, and founding organizations that open doors for life to be enjoyed in meaningful, lasting ways. She is the Founding President of the non-profit organization, Eclairity, a coaching and consulting business helping teens and adults understand their personality, strengths, and step into their life purpose and dreams.
